packers game

That sucked. We go from our best game played in 3 years to one of the worst games we have played in that same span. No other comments from me. Sorry.

Yeah, it was pretty embarrassing. They couldn't stop em from throwing, couldn't stop the run (once again), special teams gave up two big touchdowns, and McCown threw many interceptions. All around they played like garbage.

What I can't understand was that even though they played kind of shitty they played them close through 2 quarters.....14-7 at the half. I go to church and when I came out the pack was scoring their last TD. I heard 38-7. WTF? I listened to the rest of the game and had it on my DVR but couldn't bare to watch it. Weather played a big part this game even though coach Kiffin would like to think that they are a cold weather team....umm hell no!! Now if we get smoked against the colts next Sunday it will be obvious we ave a lllooonnnggg way to go. I don't expect us to win but I'm hoping we could keep it close. Shit if we win this Sunday I'll be the happiest Raider fan in the world!!

I think weather played some effect in that the defense could not tackle anyone, but you can't blame it all on that. The Raiders would have been smoked if they played in Oakland as well. Each part of the game they sucked and had no chance at winning. They gave up a lot of turnovers, got no pressure on Favre, etc etc etc.

Yeah I agree. I'm just saying that this was a measuring stick game. Weather was not the whole thing-big mistakes was most of it. Good teams don't make many mistakes and capitalize on their opponent's mistakes. If it's pretty much the same thing next week then we are farther than we think.
